5:30-6:45PM Mondays: March 25; April 1, 8 & 29; May 6 & 13Even though this class is free, please show up if you sign up!This class is a favorite for winding down and transitioning from a hectic, physically demanding day to a calm evening in preparation for a restful night's sleep. We'll combine breathwork, yoga poses (asana), and meditation to help relieve muscle tension and emotional stress. The class varies from week to week and often includes a mix of active, challenging, slow, and calming poses. No body is the same, so props and modifications will be offered to benefit the different body types and abilities of the students.

8-9:15AM Tuesday: March 26; April 2, 9, & 30; May 7 & 14Even though this class is free, please show up if you sign up!Timed perfectly so you can come right after you drop the kids off for school or before your day really heats up! This class will loosen you up and energize you for a balanced day ahead! No body is the same, so props and modifications will be offered to benefit the different body types and abilities of the students. These classes will be held in a safe space and are appropriate for all levels.

5:30-6:45PM Wednesdays: March 27; April 3 & 11; May 1, 8, & 15Even though this class is free, please show up if you sign up!We'll explore yoga poses, sequences, meditation, and breath exercises that are different from the Monday night classes. Props & adaptations of poses will be available- not every body is the same and students in this class might be a mix of new and more experienced practitioners! Wacky Wednesday classes will be held in a safe space to explore and learn something new together.
