Pre-settlement viewing for apartments on levels 1 - 6 (only).

Viewing to be held on:

Thursday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 4pm (last viewing window)

Friday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 3pm (last viewing window)

Viewings are in 30min slots. Viewers are not strictly limited to 30 mins in the unit, you can stay 5mins or 60mins. But all viewers will be required to vacate the building at 4.30pm on Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday, so if you require longer than 30mins in the unit do not book the last appointments of the day.

Only one viewing per unit is permitted, regardless of the number of buyers.

Multiple viewings booked for the same unit will result in earlier viewing times booked to being cancelled.

Bookings for viewings of units not on levels 1 - 6 on these days will be cancelled without warning. If you purchased multiple units, it is recommended you book a time on the highest level unit that you are purchasing, so you can view all in one visit.

We ask that you limit attendees, outside of named buyers, to those who absolutely need to be there, eg Property Managers, window treatment consultants etc. They are to arrive in time for the start of the viewing window. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

These viewings are not the time for buyers to hold viewings with potential tenants, viewings of this nature are to be done once you have possession of the unit.

Viewings to units on levels 9 & 10 not permitted on Monday 25th, you should refer to 'level 9 - 10 only' service to book these units.

First time dogs to snake avoidance training undergo the 4 step process described in our website's training section. Whether on-site or in-home, the lesson is ALWAYS a "private lesson" - meaning it is always just you, your dog, and the trainer. To clarify further, when you come to us, your dog will not be around other dogs during training. We space out appointments to minimize distractions.  We can train up to 2-3 dogs at a time if it is the same owner. 

Formerly called a "follow up". These are for dogs who have been previously rattlesnake trained. This lesson provides the opportunity to make sure a dog retained the lesson well, and/or to reinforce more training on any dog that needs it. Even for those who remember the snakes perfectly, the safe exposure during a reminder lesson is a great way to put rattlesnakes back on their mind. This is important if it has been a little while since they have seen one, or if they are getting into trouble with snakes. While some dogs would benefit from frequent reminders, we do recommend that all dogs get *at least* one reminder per year since their initial training.

This is an 1-on-1 50 minutes session ($50). *Cancellation policy is 12 hours.

Een paar maanden ben je nu in de leer bij de Grootmeester. Hij is één van de besten in het vak en heeft je de afgelopen periode een hoop geleerd. Alleen is de Grootmeester een eigenaardige man. Hij is erg privé en dat geldt óók voor zijn werkkamer. Een paar dagen geleden was je op zoek naar een puntenslijper bij zijn werkplek. Toen hij je zag sprong hij uit zijn vel en bulderde hij dat je direct weg moest gaan.

De dagen daarna spoken verschillende vragen door je hoofd: Waarom doet hij zo mysterieus? Waarom mag jij niet in zijn werkkamer? Verbergt hij wellicht is? Er klopt gewoon iets niet…

Nu is de Grootmeester even weg voor een afspraak buiten de deur. Jouw nieuwsgierigheid doet je besluiten om toch een kijkje te nemen in zijn kamer… Kan jij zijn geheim ontrafelen?

Als verslaggever voor een regionale krant, doe je onderzoek naar het indrukwekkende leven van Berend. Je hebt al een hoop informatie in oude kranten en documenten gevonden. Nu hij op zijn sterfbed ligt, is het je toch gelukt om even met hem te praten over zijn herinneringen aan deze donkere periode.

Gedurende het gesprek heeft hij het over één groot geheim dat hij al die jaren voor zichzelf heeft gehouden. Voor de oorlog heeft Berend iets verstopt in een kluis, zodat de bezetters dit niet van hem af konden nemen. Hij wilt dat deze spullen in goede handen terecht komen en jullie kunnen hem daarbij helpen.

Gelukkig heeft hij wel nog een rugzak met persoonlijke spulletjes. Misschien komen jullie daarmee verder?
