入場守則:

1. 本設施只供1歲至6歲小童遊玩。每位入場小童必須由 18歲或以上成人陪同(下稱"監護人"),並承擔照顧及指導同行小童

之全部責任,每位監護人最多可陪同1名小童進場。本公司將拒絕沒有監護人陪同之小童入場。

2. 為確保所有場內顧客的安全,監護人須全權負責監管同行之小童,並承擔有關照顧同行小童之全部責任,本公司將不會承

擔任何受傷或其他意外的責任。本店員工是場內設施及遊玩方法的指導員,請監護人照顧同行小童的安全及時刻看管同行

之小童,切勿讓小童在本場所內奔跑、碰撞、或做出其他不當行為。本公司有權要求不遵守安全守則的人士離開。

3. 提早離場的遊玩時間恕不退款。指定禮品包遊玩時段為45分鐘,如有超時,將會在離場時收取超時費用,工作人員並不會

提示顧客退場時間,請顧客自行管理入場時間。入場前請先決定進場的遊玩人士,恕不接受中途更換進場人士。 

4. 如顧客或同行之小童有特別的醫療需要或需特別照顧,進場前,請先諮詢專業醫護人員,確保適合使用場內之設施。

5. 顧客應留意自己身體狀況,如工作人員觀察到顧客的健康狀況不宜進入本場所,本公司有權拒絕顧客內進。

6. 為了安全及舒適,請不要佩戴首飾(手錶、手鍊、項鍊、戒指等),並建議穿著輕便之服裝進場,場內不得穿著鞋,基於衛生及

安全理由小童必須穿著襪子遊玩,監護人必須穿著襪子,本公司有權拒絕未有穿著襪子的顧客進場。

7. 顧客若發現場內任何設施損壞,請即通知場內工作人員。若任何人因不適當使用本公司的設施而招致之損失,本公司及其

工作人員將不會承擔任何責任及賠償。

8. 為保障各顧客之安全,場內已安裝閉路電視監察系統進行監察。

9. 本場所全面禁煙。

10. 除了嬰兒飲用奶、水、藥物等,請勿攜帶任何其他食品及飲料進入本場,遊玩時請勿飲食,請到休息區享用飲料。也請勿

攜帶以下物品進入場內:細小易掉落、尖銳、鋒利等危險物品或有毒物質、食品、酒精飲料及寵物。 

11. 本公司保留向一切破壞、損毀或塗污場內設施的顧客追究或賠償有關損失之權利。

12. 顧客應保持場地清潔衛生及小心使用設施,否則可能需支付清潔費及本場有關損失之費用。

13. 本公司只提供嬰兒車放置處,並不會承擔失竊或損毀責任。顧客應小心看管個人財物,避免攜帶貴重物品進場。如在本場

所內遺失、偷竊或損毀任何物品(包括儲物櫃),本公司將不會承擔任何有關責任。本公司每天關店後會移走當天所有儲物

櫃內之物品,如有損失,本公司恕不承擔任何責任。

14. 對於任何被認為不當行為,工作人員有權要求該等人士立即離開。

15. 因應場地容量、惡劣天氣或其他特殊情況,本公司可在無需事先通知以及不作退款或補償的情況下,更改及限制入場人數

及營業時間。

16. 如設施因維修暫停使用,恕不另行通知。

17. 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
