Hi everyone! This weekend I will be offering 30 minute and 60 minute registered massage therapy appointments. My approach is patient-centered and informed by pain science; in other words, each treatment will be tailored to suite the individual person's health history, goals and massage preferences.  I have been practicing massage for 10 years and in 2022 was voted runner up in the Stars of Vancouver Best Massage category. I often incorporate Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular technique and stretching into my massage treatments.  Some reasons you may choose to opt for massage this weekend: to increase relaxation, improve sleep, decrease feelings of fatigue or anxiety, relieve headache symptoms, relieve perceived muscular tension, decrease perceived neck and back stiffness/pain.
