Moderna first dose Covid vaccines

Booster dose and 3rd primary dose of COVID 19 Vaccination with Moderna vaccine. Must be at least 6 months (3 months if over 50yrs old) after your 2nd dose and only for suitable patients. Criteria apply. Must bring letter stating you are eligible if front-line health and social care staff or identified by your GP as suitable for a booster or 3rd primary dose. Over 40year olds also eligible. ***New category added***Anyone aged over 18yrs, 6 months post 2nd dose is eligible if you are a carer for a family member or friend or if you live with someone who is immuno-suppressed, i.e. someone who received a letter from their GP or hospital explaining they require a 3rd dose.
