Each week we will go through different techniques for specific exercises that you can do in the gym using the gym equipment (machines, barbell, dumbbells etc). The focus will be not on lifting heavy weights but rather on correct form and proper technique to ensure safe lifting.This class is suitable for everyone, particularly those who wish to learn correct form for gym exercises.
