Our Gestational Carrier MFM Screening service offers medical screening for surrogacy candidates. With a review of medical records, we ensure the suitability of potential gestational carriers. Convenient and secure telehealth component is included. At the conclusion of the appointment, clients will receive a detailed report detailing the examination findings and relevant recommendations. 

This service includes general genetic counseling, Advanced Maternal or Paternal Age counseling, PGT and ECS to review options for screening or to review results.Please note that all Mitera appointments are considered fee-for-service and payment is due at the time of service. You will be asked to enter your payment information at the start of your appointment. The fee for this appointment type is $295.

This service can be used to connect with an MFM for quick clinical questions about medical situations. This can only be used by staff or providers of partner organizations and is not a patient-facing appointment.
