Everything starts by being aware of everything inside and around us. Opening up to that conscious mind and re-programming the way we think, see and feel.  This is mainly a group for beginners on this journey of awareness, but all are welcome.  Well, we have to start somewhere, don't we? This is a 3 week awareness journey where you will learn, through mindfull meditations and exersices, how to see the world  by becoming more aware of it. This is the beginning of becoming more mindfull of how you think, giving you the tools to change the way you think, in order to change the way you live and becoming who you are trully meant to be. We will be holding weekly group meetings (once every week) for an hour and there we will go through the process of the daily excersises and meditations and group discussions of your experience. You will recieve:A 21 mindfulness journel, where you can keep track of your journey,A pdf with information on how to take this challenge,All the audios needed for the meditations.A daily pdf with all that you need to do on that specific day in detail.Added to a Viber Group where you will be able to share, ask and listen to other members and have responses from me too (not mandatory). Week One: We will focus on the Mindfull Awareness of the Present Moment. Week Two: We will focus on the Awareness of Thoughts and Emotions. Week Three: We will focus on Awareness of Self and Others.Keep in mind that this is a challenge. You will come up against many things you didn't know were there or thought to be easy. Or it might be a peace of cake. It all depends on how you think. The only advise i will give is this: “just enjoy the ride"!!! Isn't this what life should be all about? So, are you ready? Let's go and challenge our way of being.

To do so I had to accept myself for who I was at the time, heal, forgive, let go and detach by becoming the observer of my life. I became the Captain of my ship called Life. So, now I can live free, knowing that I can handle what life brings on my path.
