Please book this session if you are a current client (new clients should book an Initial Consultation). In this session you will have time to tell me about what happened since last time. We'll check in with how you are feeling and answer any questions about your home practices. We have time to learn something new and go over or deepen something from before. Depending on your needs there will be - table work, sitting work and/or moving practice. We get specific about ways we can support your unique life activities. Please wear comfortable clothes to the session (no jeans or skirts). My sessions are goal based rather than time based. Please allow 50-65 minutes. Cost is $160.

These sessions are great for people who unable to come into the Studio. Whilst I won't be able to communicate with you through my hands, there is much from a in-person session that we can recreate over Skype. The session begins with a conversation. Time to be heard, to debrief. I will offer unconditional listening and compassion for whatever is unfolding in you. Then we can co-create the session together. Perhaps you would like to lay down and I can talk you through a guided relaxation. Another option is to map and feel and learn about parts of the body that are either sleepy or speaking very loudly. There are some self massage options - particularly foot self massage which I find incredibly useful. I can follow and support you to track your body sensations which can help that which is feeling stuck to find flow again. I can also offer movement and perception practices to you. 60 mins. Cost $160.

This is for three 20 minute business coaching sessions. If this is your first appointment, a questionnaire will be sent to you that needs to be filled out prior to the appointment.
