Standard Bowen Therapy session (at 101 Abbeygreen, Lesmahagow)The Bowen Therapy Technique is a hands-on holistic therapy that uses specific moves over your muscle and soft tissue to help bring the body back into balance in a natural and safe way.  It can help provide relief for acute as well as long standing chronic conditions.  Benefits also include injury management and prevention.  The treatment is so gentle that it is suitable for all ages and stages of life, from babies to the elderly.Treatment is carried out through light clothing, manipulations are soft but effects can be profound in supporting your full body's systems.  Generally clients feel better, more relaxed and in less pain / discomfort and have a better range of movement after a session, and often better sleep is a perk!  Message me if you have any questions or follow me on Facebook or Instagram for more information of the benefit of Bowen Therapy.

Trying Bowen Therapy for the first time?  Or the first time with Bowen by Karen?This appointment covers your initial consultation time as well as your first hands on session.Even if you have tried Bowen before, I will still spend time on your consultation to understand what is going on in your body to assess the best treatment plan.For the best results, expect to attend 2-3 sessions to begin with, each a week apart.  This is something we will discuss on your initial consultation as can vary from person to person.  Friday sessions are at 101 Abbeygreen, Lesmahagow.

I offer home visits on a Wednesday and can travel within Lanarkshire.Spaces are limited to allow for travel time.

Aber auch wenn du bereits ein eigenes Board besitzt und verschiedene Wingkombinationen testen möchtest oder du auf der Suche nach einem eFoil bist und eine Beratung brauchst, bist du genau hier richtig!

Hatha-Yoga - Nur für Dich.    Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene                                      In dieser Yoga-Praxis werden Asanas, mit Pranayama und Meditation Dich zu einem entspannten Geist führen.

Nach einem getakteten Alltag, voller Termine und Lärm, ist restorative Yoga oder regeneratives Yoga, Entspannung pur. Jede Asana wird mit Hilfemitteln wie Bolstern, Blöcken, Decken, Gurten und Meditationskissen unterstützt. So kannst du dich völlig dem einfachen nur sein hingeben. Eine Asana wird bis zu 10 Minuten gehalten. Das lange verbleiben in der Asana, hilft tiefliegende Verspannungen zu lösen. Eine regelmäßige Praxis unterstützt die Linderung von chronischen Erkrankungen und hilft nach einer Verletzung zurück in den Alltag zu finden.Damit du, während der Entspannung, nicht frierst, bringe dir eine Decke und Socken mit.Yoga-Erfahrung ist nicht erforderlich.
