Reflexology is one of the many amazing maps of the internal systems of the body, which is accessible through the outside of the body. The whole body and all the organs and our inner endocrine and hormonal systems have pressure points in the feet. Like most preventative health measures, maps like this of the body and how to treat it are ancient and simple. Yet, they have been lost over the centuries as society veered more and more outward.
