Die Location für mein erstes Retreat ist das direkt am Ossiacher See gelegene Hotel Hoffmann.Mit direkten Blick auf den See werden wir zwei jeweils abwechslungsreiche 90 minütige Yogaeinheiten genießen. Verschiedene Meditationen und Atemtechniken bringen Ruhe und Entspannung für Geist und Körper.

Als Location für mein drittes Soft Retreat habe ich mir das schöne Kloster Wernberg ausgesucht. Eine besondere, sehr spezielle Atmosphäre für ein besonderes Retreat.Das Kloster ist bereits für seine tollen Seminare und Fastenwochen, sowie seine regionale Küche bekannt. Kräuter und Gemüse werden im hauseigenen Garten geerntet.Im größten Seminarraum des Hauses werden wir gemeinsam verschiedene Mediationen praktizieren. Außerdem möchte ich auch Yin Yoga in das Retreat einfließen lassen.
