We will learn to dynamically share weight with our dance partner(s) and use the sensations of weight-sharing to co-create improvised dances. We will also develop the body organisation and reflexes needed for folding, falling, rolling, etc. We will take turns to create and witness improvised dances. This means, in addition to being informed by somatic awareness, we will also make compositional decisions.
