A 60-minute, high-energy dance fitness class, in which the instructor covers a series of unique choreographies inspired by Middle Eastern music and movement styles.

A low-impact exercise method focused on improving core strength, flexibility and strengthening the muscles, particularly in the abdominal area, lower back, and hips.

SIMPLE REPORT Includes:Identification of energetic imbalances Release of energetic imbalances found - Can be used for any topic (typically just one topic per session) 3 Positive Affirmations suggested to the subconscious mind 3 Positive Reinforcements suggested to the subconscious mind Does not include: - Detailed explanations - Encouragements The sessions are conducted by proxy, which basically means the practitioner will stand in for you. You are not required to be available during the session, and distance is not a factor. The sessions are similar to intercessory prayer. The practitioner will stand in for the client and petition God to identify the root causes of the issues. The healing comes from God and the clients' subconscious mind.

This includes 3 weeks of 2 hours of daily frequency.  You do not need to be present or listen to any music.  The frequencies are broadcast to you individually to support you in the subject which you choose.This does not include week AO EZ scans.
