A 30-minute AOI session is comprised of 20 minutes spent inside the light and sound capsule, followed by an additional 10 minutes for integration. To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend that participants do not eat 2-3 hours before their session.The AOI light and sound healing session employs groundbreaking technology that utilizes light and sound frequencies to deeply recalibrate cells at the DNA level, promoting optimal physical health and emotional well-being.AOI sessions are designed to offer a private and solitary experience. To ensure that the body can fully benefit from the healing light and sound frequencies, participants are encouraged to stand in the AOI Air without any clothing (swim wear is an optional alternative), and private changing facilities are available for your convenience.Throughout the AOI session, any excess energy is discharged through the feet and grounded.
