TWO_ONE_TWOPre-settlement viewing for apartments on levels 1 - 6 (only).Viewing to be held on: Thursday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 4pm (last viewing window)Friday 21st September - appointments available from 8.30am to 3pm (last viewing window)Viewings are in 30min slots. Viewers are not strictly limited to 30 mins in the unit, you can stay 5mins or 60mins. But all viewers will be required to vacate the building at 4.30pm on Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday, so if you require longer than 30mins in the unit do not book the last appointments of the day.Only one viewing per unit is permitted, regardless of the number of buyers. Multiple viewings booked for the same unit will result in earlier viewing times booked to being cancelled.Bookings for viewings of units not on levels 1 - 6 on these days will be cancelled without warning. If you purchased multiple units, it is recommended you book a time on the highest level unit that you are purchasing, so you can view all in one visit.We ask that you limit attendees, outside of named buyers, to those who absolutely need to be there, eg Property Managers, window treatment consultants etc. They are to arrive in time for the start of the viewing window. Basted fitting session is to be conducted after placing the order and body measurements are taken. Managed by our in-house fitter, the basted clothing (semi-finished product) will be fitted and adjustment will be made in order to make a perfectly fitted garment for each individuals. Reminder : All personal preferences and desired outlook of garment will have to be communicated well with our in-house fitter during the basted clothing fitting session. Once the garment turn into a finished product, no further adjustment, or very limited adjustment, could be made.
