Suitable for Pre-Pilates to Beginner 1–2 and those returning to movement. As it becomes an established semi-private class, pricing will gradually move toward its standard rate of $15–20 per session.

Online Mat Pilates ClassesOnline classes follow the same traditional-based structure as in-person sessions and run for 25–30 minutes. Each class is fully demonstrated by the instructor, with clear verbal cueing and level options offered within each movement.As these classes are delivered online, individual modifications cannot be provided.
