PRX-T33 is a non-invasive skincare treatment that's gaining popularity in the cosmetic industry. It's known for providing the benefits of a chemical peel without the associated downtime or peeling. Here's a detailed overview of PRX-T33 and its suitability for various individuals:What is PRX-T33?Composition: PRX-T33 contains a combination of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid. The TCA provides deep exfoliation, while hydrogen peroxide minimizes the aggressiveness of the TCA, reducing skin trauma. Kojic acid helps in skin brightening and treating hyperpigmentation.Mechanism: The treatment penetrates deeply into the skin, promoting a natural process of regeneration without causing damage or peeling to the outer layer of the skin. It stimulates fibroblast growth factors, which are essential for collagen production, without causing inflammation or damaging the skin surface.Procedure: Typically, it's applied in a clinic by a trained professional. The application is non-invasive and doesn't involve needles or surgery.Benefits of PRX-T33Improves Skin Texture: Enhances skin firmness and texture.Anti-Aging: Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.Scar Treatment: Effective in reducing the appearance of scars, including acne scars.Hyperpigmentation: Helps in treating melasma and other pigmentation issues.Immediate Results: Visible improvements often seen after the first treatment. No Downtime: Unlike traditional peels, there's no peeling or downtime.Who is it Good For?Aging Skin: Ideal for individuals seeking anti-aging treatments.Scarred Skin: Those with acne scars or other types of scars.Hyperpigmentation: Suitable for people dealing with uneven skin tone and dark spots.Anyone Seeking a Non-Invasive Procedure: Since it doesn't involve needles or surgery, it's a good option for those looking for less invasive treatments.Busy Individuals: No downtime means it's convenient for people with busy lifestyles.Who Should Avoid It?Pregnant or Breastfeeding Women: Generally advised to avoid such treatments.Certain Skin Conditions: Those with certain skin conditions should consult a dermatologist before undergoing PRX-T33.ConclusionPRX-T33 is an effective treatment for those looking to improve skin texture, combat signs of aging, and address issues like scarring and hyperpigmentation, without the downtime and peeling associated with traditional chemical peels. As with any cosmetic treatment, a consultation with a skincare professional is recommended to determine if it's the right option for your skin type and concerns.

Shockwave MedicPhysio’s devices are proven to be highly successful in treating patients. What Is Shockwave Therapy?A Non-Invasive Treatment That Brings Patients Back to Health Sooner Shockwave Therapy Benefits:Non-invasive, non-surgical treatment. No shockwave therapy side effects. Accelerates healing. Can be used by all healthcare professionals. Coverage available from most insurance companies. How Shockwave Therapy Works? We know shockwave therapy is effective – but how exactly does it work? Shockwave therapy accelerates the healing process in the body by stimulating the metabolism and enhancing blood circulation to regenerate damaged tissue. Strong energy pulses are applied to the affected area for short periods of time, creating micro-cavitation bubbles that expand and burst. The force created by these bubbles stimulates cells in the body that are responsible for bone and connective tissue healing. Shockwave therapy is the most effective in cases where the human body has not been able to heal itself on its own. In shockwave therapy, an acoustic pressure wave is transmitted to the body tissue and, consequently, to the painful area. The pressure wave created at the point of contact transmits radially inside the patient’s body.Shockwave Therapy TreatmentsShockwave therapy was initially introduced as a way to break down kidney stones without direct contact. It then evolved to treat non-healing bones by activating osteoblasts. Today it treats a wide range of medical conditions, including:Plantar fasciitisAchilles tendinopathyJumper’s knee (patellar tendonitis)Treatment of tendinopathyHamstring muscle injuriesMyofascial trigger pointsBursitisStiff big toe (hallux rigidus)Non-healing ulcersTendonitisScar tissueCalcific tendonitis of the rotator cuffFrozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)Broken bones that have failed to heal (nonunions)Shoulder painTennis elbowHeel spursShin splintsStress fracturesEnhancing bone healingMuscle and connective tissue injuriesAnd moreShockwave Therapy Side Effects and TimeframesA shockwave is an intense, but very short, energy wave travelling faster than the speed of sound. Because it is so powerful, most patients who undergo shockwave treatment recover faster than those treated by other methods. Shockwave therapy sessions are usually 5 minutes long and provide successful relief and restore mobility painlessly. Relief typically begins about immediately following the treatment. Most patients require three treatments sessions. There is no downtime for recovery. There are no shockwave therapy side effects. Treatments are non-invasive and promote accelerated recovery of injured soft tissue, bone, and joint pain.Scientific IndicationsBefore and after treatment shows marked improvement after six months.
