A horse medicine sessions is a journey with horses as teachers and guides as they have developed a deep innate ability to sense emotions and body language. This developed as part of their survival adaptability over the centuries as they are prey animals seeking to be in harmony with their environment. Horses mirror and reflect our emotional state and with their large bioenergetic heart field they assist us in recognizing what needs re-balancing and healed. They can help us identify what stressors, pain and trauma we have and where and even the ones we don't know we have. Horse help us more easily approach the emotions we are experiencing and they naturally lend their balanced energy so we can heal and rebalance our energies. Horses desire to connect with us and they will communicate with us from their body language. Horses are natural in their emotions so they assist us in being natural with ours rather than hold them in, stuffing them down or bursting them us. These heightened emotions from past traumas, PTSD, and hijacking emotions can be transcended working with horses as they are natural empaths and as we let down our need to be separate and guarded they assist is releasing those emotions and rebalancing ourselves. Choose this kind of appointment if you desire a unique way of emotional healing and emotional rebalancing.

If your shoes are giving you trouble, or if your foot has grown or changed quite a bit, a 30 minute appointment is just right for you!  If the dancer is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.  Please bring your pointe shoes and padding.
