Telecoaching are virtual sessions provided to the client at their convenience utilizing Google Meets and Zoom (Clients Preference) with our Professional Life coach and are a part of our service for clients holding a membership with Guide Bright LLC. We help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their strengths, and areas for improvement, through thought-provoking conversations, exercises, and assessments, our coaches facilitate self-reflection and self-discovery. This heightened self-awareness empowers clients to make conscious choices, break through limiting beliefs, and unlock their true potential for personal growth. 

The purpose of a life coaching consultation is to provide an initial opportunity for individuals to connect with the professional life coach and explore the potential benefits of engaging in a coaching relationship in order to assist you in changing your life for the better. During the consultation, the life coach and the client have a conversation to gain a deeper understanding of the client's goals, challenges, and desires. The consultation allows the client to ask questions, share their concerns, and learn more about the coach's approach and expertise. It also provides an opportunity for both the client and the coach to assess if they are a good fit for each other and if coaching is the right approach to support the client in achieving their desired outcomes.
