Acupuncture originated from China that can be traced back at least 2,500 years ago. The theory of Acupuncture is based on the energy flow (Qi) through the body. Disruption of the flow are believed to be responsible for disease. These energy flows are accessible through 350 acupuncture points in the body. Inserting needles into these points with appropriate combinations is said to bring the energy flow back into proper balance. Acupuncture has been shown to be effective for the treatment of nausea and vomiting in adult following surgery of taking Chemotherapy and post-operative dental pain.

Lovefullness is a method of self-acceptance which is using the work with subconsciousness, and work with emotions. In this course, you will learn how to use each component of the method Lovefullness. By the end, you should be able to understand the perspective of this method, but also how to provide a session of Lovefullness. It is crucial to have personal experience before you will provide this method. After the graduation of this course, you will be eligible for a personal session of Lovefullness, free of charge, over Skype. Upon successful completion of this course, you will obtain a certificate of completion and if you will have a personal session, you will be officially Lovefullness practitioner. You will receive 60 minutes long Skype (jakub.tencl) session, so you will have a chance ask for anything and experience the love-fullness therapy. As a practitioner, you will have the online 1-month support of your practice via email. As a certified practitioner, you will gain membership at The British Association of Therapists and Hypnotherapists.

How does it work and what effects does it have?

Acupuncture stimulates the body to heal itself. Research has shown pain relief correlates to increased endorphins in cerebrospinal fluid – showing that the body has manufactured its own ‘opiates’ for pain relief and healing. There may be changes in temperature and muscle tone. Generally there is a ‘normalising’ effect so that if a person is tense they will relax and a person who is lethargic will feel more energised.

Many people can reduce or stop their pain medications as symptoms resolve.

Acupuncture heals anyone, including  animals. The million dollar race horses have acupuncture as they heal faster, without drugs ( and side effects) and they love it. 

Who would benefit?

Just about anyone will feel better after acupuncture. Some people like to use it for relaxation and general well being.

Is it safe?

Lesley uses the finest Japanese needles. They are sterile and single use only. Many people are surprised at how pleasant it is. Most of the time needle insertion is painless.
