I have been a massage therapist for 19 years. I can feel when your muscles are tight, knotted, weakened, or are being inhibited (or stuck) by your fascia, and I am trained in how to bring your muscles back to their healthy resting length. 

Together, we will loosen your muscles, unstick your fascia, remove your knots, and help weakened muscles gain traction again. 

I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage, but no need to decide that now. When you arrive for your appointment, we will discuss what’s going on with you and design our time together to fit what you need.

Touch-up is a second round of the permanent makeup treatment. Touch-up is required 4 - 8 weeks after the initial procedure. Waiting longer can lead to additional charges.
