Optimally, eating about 2 to 3 hours before your session is best. * Don't consume alcohol or any substance that can effect your blood pressure adversely. * Don't take insulin or other altering medications right before or right after your session. If possible, try to plan your medication at a good time before your session but knowing you will be in Session for aprox. 3 hrs. ***Important***Upon Arrival, please wait at the front door, as I will come meet you there at your appointment time.
