It is preferable to have an environment that will not have external sounds or distractions. It’s important that all the participants can hear Matt clearly for them to get the most out of the session. Some folks will find a difference right away, and others will notice a change over time. Depending on the desired needs, maintenance sessions may be useful and can be done as a group or on an individual basis for additional private service fees. Participants will be able to schedule a one-time maintenance session at the discounted rate for one hour via telehealth or in person. Rates:Flat Rate Fee of $500 for one hour of Group Hypnosis with no attendance minimum requirement. Participants will be allowed a one-time boost or maintenance private session for the discounted rate of $70 via telehealth, in their home, or in person at the Birchwood Salon located in Hooksett, NH. Included in their session will be a recording of their personalized session they can use as needed.For an additional $200 Matt will provide a Q&A session and/or individual conversations with participants. Need something specific? This is a follow-up appointment to the Initial Consultation. We will go over your food journal , and I will make a few recommendations as to any adjustments to improve your body composition and energy levels. We will discuss how to implement those recommendations in order to set you up for success! I will also do a follow-up muscle response test to see how your body is responding to the previously recommended protocol and make any necessary adjustment based on your individual needs. 

This is a WELCOME BACK appointment! You and I will discuss what's been going on in your life and health since your last visit. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll then discuss some lifestyle adjustments that you can make that will get you back on track to optimum wellness. I also do a new MRT to see if there is any stress on any of the organ systems, and any supplements you may want to add in to bring you back into balance.

Moving with intention and awareness, sometimes holding poses and exploring what the pose has to offer you in that moment. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, focus on the breath, and become stronger mentally and physically. You will need a free Zoom account to participate.
