Slow Flow is a mindful flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind. Moving with intention and awareness, sometimes holding poses and exploring what the pose has to offer you in that moment. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, focus on the breath, and become stronger mentally and physically. You will need a free Zoom account to participate.
