This is for a meeting to drop off or pickup your equipment for service at our location. I operate by appointments and will meet you at my home office @ 6872 Ironwood Circle - Greensboro, during your scheduled time. Please remember to bring the power cord and any Windows or mobile passwords to access your system. If you have a desktop, bring only the "tower" and power cord. NOTE: There is a non-refundable $30 up-front troubleshooting fee for software and $45 for hardware troubleshooting, which can be applied towards the final repair costs. If you have any questions about this, please ask in advance. This is for time spent diagnosing your system. We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and honor all part manufacture warranties (varies by product).

This is for an in-person, on-site meeting regarding help with your computer or computer systems. There is a travel fee (varies by location) and minimum charge of 1 hour for this service. First hour is at $65 and $45 each additional/partial hour (non pro-rated).
