NOTE: There is a non-refundable $30 up-front troubleshooting fee for software and $45 for hardware troubleshooting, which can be applied towards the final repair costs. If you have any questions about this, please ask in advance. This is for time spent diagnosing your system. We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and honor all part manufacture warranties (varies by product).

This slot is reserved for first-time clients ONLY. Consultations are thirty minutes in length. You must state your service request in as much detail as possible. Consultation fees are $30 per session. If the meeting goes beyond thirty minutes, please note that you will be charged $5 per additional minute.

This slot is designed for clients who occasionally use PVCDesignz services and do NOT have a PVCDesignz special package. 

Limited Lead Free and Lead Free inspections $175 plus laboratory fees. Lab fees are $12.50 per tested room. Ask about our discounts. Testing of each room in the house including kitchen and bathrooms are required. If chipping paint or dust is visible, the inspector will provide you with a list of areas to mitigate. A return visit will be needed to inspect deficient areas but no fee will be required. Once visual inspection is passed, (no chipping or peeling paint visible), samples will be taken and sent to the laboratory. Lab results will on average take an average of 5 business days. Once complete, you will be emailed your lab results and a digital copy of your certificate (if you pass). Full payment is required to receive results. If a unit fails the lead limits required for certification, a return visit by an inspector will be required at a reduced rate of $50 reinspection fee. Lab fees will apply for a 2nd inspection.
