Child's pose is always welcome throughout class; you are free to do as little or try out as much as you'd like on the board.Beginners and advanced yogis alike - this is a wonderful way for any level to ignite your practice as we break down poses and focus on our foundation to balance on the board. You’ll practice core engagement and develop a heightened awareness of the muscles at work.
