Hilary Doyle began the first iteration of NYC Crit Club in Summer of 2017 before partnering with Haggarty in the Fall of 2017. Doyle is an artist, curator, gallery co-director and teacher. Doyle is represented by Taymour Grahne Projects in London. Recent group shows include: Beach and Contemporary Domesticity at Taymour Grahne in January 2021 and The Symbolists at Hesse Flatow in Chelsea NY in February 2021. Yevgeniya Baras is an artist working in NY. She has exhibited her work in several NYC galleries and internationally. She is represented by Nicelle Beauchene Gallery in NY and the Landing Gallery in LA. Yevgeniya is a recipient of the Guggenheim Fellowship, the Pollock-Krasner Grant, the Chinati Foundation Residency, the Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program and others. Yevgeniya co-founded and co-curated Regina Rex Gallery in NY (2010-2018). Yevgeniya teaches at RISD.

Rose Nestler (b. 1983 in Spokane, WA, USA) lives and works in Brooklyn. She holds an MFA from Brooklyn College. Nestler has exhibited in the United States and internationally, including exhibitions at König Galerie, Projet Pangeé, Public Gallery, Fisher Parrish, Hesse Flatow, Thierry Goldberg and BRIC. Her work was curated in a two-person show at Spring/Break in 2019 and she was a Lighthouse Works Fellow in 2018. She will be an artist in residence at the Joan Mitchell Center in New Orleans in 2022. Upcoming exhibitions include solo shows at Public Gallery (London, UK) in 2021 and at Mrs. Gallery (NY, USA) in 2022. Her work has been featured and reviewed in Juxtapoz, Vulture, Maake, and Metal Magazine.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash, credit card, or mobile payment (Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle).

LATE POLICY:

If the client runs more than 20 mins late, a surcharge fee of $50 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full photoshoot session time duration (depending on studio and photographer's availability), a $50/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified in their appointment booking. 

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

ALL retainer fees & sessions are non-refundable. The client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract but will forfeit their initial deposit.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are unedited. 3-5 Business Day Edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by the client and the photographer is notified via EMAIL.
