During this event residents will have a sweet time creating a Philly Sweet Box.Baked goods and pastries from 2 different Reading Terminal bakeries. Vegan & Non-Vegan Options.Coffee from a Philadelphia based coffee brewery company.Fruit from Iovine Brothers Produce.This is a great event for morning grab and go or for Valentine's Week.Residents can enjoy their sweet boxes and coffee in the lounge or on the go for a love filled breakfast.All sweets and coffee are free for residents! Residents will also gain knowledge about the Philadelphia based companies and discounts. This event is for 30 residents max. 

Adding The Zen Building's candle making class to your event or as an activity for your apartment community is always a Zen filled experience.Attendees will receive knowledge on candle making, make an 4oz candle while enjoying wine and refreshments. There will be 4 different scents for attendees to choose from. All material and tools will be provided. Group Payment Option (deposit of $350 due at booking, remaining balance due 7 days before event.)15 people: $50025 people: $65050 people: $900Individual Ticket Option (deposit of $350 due at booking, Ticket link and flyer will be sent at booking.
