Time slots are based upon availability. Please try to choose a time slot at least 1 hour prior to the slot beginning. Time slots are 10am-1pm or 3pm-6pm. A customer service representive will call or text you  after receiving your information to confirm your appointment. If you need another time or there is not a slot open for a service you would like done today, please call our office at (989)482-5471 to schedule directly.

Scheduling Details: If you choose 10am you will be put in the time slot 10am-1pm. If you choose 3pm, you will be put in the time slot 3pm-5pm.

Eco-Plug have installed many systems across the UK, so your location is not an issue for us. However, outside of the SouthWest we operate a little differently. Follow the booking process to schedule a slot with our Virtual Survey team - they will take some important information from you about your property and your requirements - following our telephone conversation with you we will provide you with a detailed solar design, report and quotation. Upon initial acceptance of the quotation we will schedule a technical survey at your property to double check our measurements, take any required photos and discuss the system installation with you. If any changes are needed to be made to your system or quotation following the technical survey our team will send you the revised solar design, report and quotation and then as long as you're happy - the contract for signing will follow. Clients receiving furniture must pick up their furniture directly from our warehouse. At this time we DO NOT provide delivery service. Appointments are currently scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Client appointments are LIMITED to ONE HOUR blocks of time. We must hold clients to those limits to allow the same opportunities to all of our Furniture Ministry clients in need.

Clients must have a truck large enough to accommodate all of their furniture needs in one load and must have help with them to assist in loading their items onto the truck. Due to the necessary paperwork and inventory tracking of outgoing items, our warehouse staff is unable to assist in loading furniture items.

Clients with open-ended trucks should also bring rope and tie-downs to secure any furniture loads before departing the warehouse. If rope is available at the warehouse, clients may make use of it provided that they make arrangements to return it to our office at Holy Angels church upon unloading their items. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE NUMBER OF CLIENT APPOINTMENTS ON ANY GIVEN DAY CATHOLIC CHARITIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ROPE OR TIE-DOWNS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you have it available, please bring it with you.

Catholic Charities is not responsible for and cannot replace any items which are lost or damaged in transit due to client's failure to secure the load, nor is Catholic Charities responsible or liable for any traffic citations or other violations received by clients should their load spill onto the public roadway during transit.

Donation pick-ups directly from the donor's location are currently scheduled twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesday's of the month. We have a limited number of pick-ups that we can schedule on any particular day - the number of which will fluctuate depending on the size and location of existing scheduled pick-ups. We may have to delay scheduling new pick-ups during periods when our Furniture Ministry warehouse is at full capacity.

This is our most flexible option for scheduling donations to our Furniture Ministry. If you have the ability to drop off your donation directly to our warehouse we are able to offer more flexible time options for that exchange. You will still need to contact our office to make sure that someone will be available to meet you at the warehouse at your preferred time, but we will do everything we can to accommodate you for a time that works for you.
