Depending on your needs and comfort level, your session may include targeted stretching to increase flexibility, heat therapy to ease tight muscles, cupping therapy to improve circulation and release fascial restrictions, or gua sha to break down adhesions and support tissue healing.With the extended time of this 90-minute session, there’s an emphasis on slow, precise work, allowing muscles and connective tissue to fully relax and respond. When we exercise we stress our muscles causing minor tears to our muscle fibres. This can also occur in day to day life if you have a very active/strenuous job for example. Recovery boots are a great way to recover these muscles after training/exercise and help prepare for performance.  These boots cover your entire leg, from your foot up to your groin.
