En fonction des données recueillies, j’établis, en accord avec vous, un projet de soins en réflexothérapie que je mets en pratique par un massage des zones réflexes spécifiques. Le massage se déroule sur une table de soins en position allongée ou semi-assise selon votre confort. En fin de séance, suivant les besoins ou pour renforcer l’effet du massage, je peux vous prodiguer des conseils en aromathérapie et effectuer les préparations.

Ce soin s’inspire de la « Cerrada » rituel d’origine ancestrale mexicaine. C’est un soin donné par deux femmes à une femme. A celle qui vient de donner la vie, à celle qui vit une transition, à celle qui change de statut, à celle qui a besoin de se retrouver – se recentrer sur son essentiel.

I’m offering to accompany you for 4-12 weeks to reach your individual state of flow. To let go of old habits, emotions and believe sentences and find a place of happiness within. The sessions can take place in person or online.

Indian Head massage with a twist as it is performed on massage table instead of seated. When I arrive at your location I will require a few minutes to set-up. I will bring the equipment required for the appointment – oils, creams, massage table, music, towels. You can guide me to an area in your house where I can set-up for the session Once I am set set-up I will ask you to fill a simple health questionnaire, although it can be done online prior to our appointment via e-mail.
