Unlike massage, “SI” focuses not on the muscles but on their protective layer, called fascia (also known as connective tissue).  “SI” aligns and balances the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia. When I arrive at your location I will require a few minutes to set-up. I will bring the equipment required for the appointment – oils, creams, massage table, music, towels. You can guide me to an area in your house where I can set-up for the session Once I am set set-up I will ask you to fill a simple health questionnaire, although it can be done online prior to our appointment via e-mail. Once the form has been signed, I will give you the space to undress to your comfort level and get ready for the session.
