Single session therapy is an effective tool to help clients get "unstuck" from a particular area in their life, who are going through a life transition, or just want an objective third party to bounce ideas off. Some clients decide they want to continue with therapy, some are satisfied with just the one session, and others are comforted knowing we're here for them down the road, just in case.
