This is a customized service designed for your skin type and condition. It includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Products are chosen based on your individual needs. An arm & hand massage is also included. The custom facial is for those who want to treat skin concerns including - fine lines & wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, Rosacea, sensitive skin, and others. It is also a service that is for maintaining skin health, and is very relaxing.

Using a jade tool and nourishing facial oil, Facial Gua Sha is performed on the neck and face with a light to medium pressure, improving the health of the skin and tissues. Facial Gua Sha helps to detoxify the face by promoting circulation of blood and lymph, it allows the release of muscle tension, has a sculpting & contouring effect on the tissues, and makes the skin look more radiant. This service also includes cleansing, exfoliation, serums, and a mask for your skin type, plus an arm and hand massage. A very relaxing service!

Follow-up sessions last up to 30 minutes and are held at University Health Services, located on the ground floor of Erickson Hall. Students must have completed an initial appointment prior to scheduling a follow-up session.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that helps reduce stress, relax the mind and body, as well as promotes inner balance by improving energy flow through the body.

A complete Reiki session lasts 60 to 90 minutes. The recipient is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably in a chair while fully clothed. 

Reiki is offered through the practitioner by light touch or placing the hands above or on a series of locations; the head, torso, and limbs.  The placement of the hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor should there be any pressure or manipulation.  It is quite normal for some clients to fall asleep and many of them report feeling lighter and more relaxed after a session.
