In addition, we'll take you through how to access an existing client record.Not only will you experience the full Interactive capabilities, we'll also provide you with knowledge on our non-recourse processes and procedures that your clients will go through upon taking out a Premium Credit facility, including the signing of their Credit Agreement.

This module is designed for our Golf Clubs using our recourse facility. During this module we will look at the basics of our online portal (PLaSMA), how to add a new golf memberships, locate client information and perform daily service tasks such as viewing a customer's agreement and processing multiple renewals. We'll also demonstrate the customer's online journey.

Half Day Mediation/Arbitration: 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm. VIA ZOOM ONLY                                 Half-day (4 hour) mediation $500 per side which includes a $100 reservation fee due and payable as follows:            1. The mediation/arbitration reservation is not confirmed until all parties have paid the non-refundable reservation booking fee.            2. When the mediation/arbitration is initially reserved, all parties will receive an invoice for the reservation fee that must be paid per the invoice.            3. If the reservation fee is not paid per the invoice, the reservation will be removed from the calendar and that date will be available for someone else to use.             4. The reservation fee is applied to the cost of the mediation/arbitration.             5. The balance of the payment for the full day mediation/arbitration is due fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation/arbitration date. The mediation/arbitration is cancelled if the balance due by any party is not paid fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation/arbitration date. In addition, this office keeps the non-refundable reservation booking fee.            6. Another reservation fee is required if a party reschedules the mediation outside fourteen (14) days from the date of the mediation.            7. After payment in full is made, you will receive a refund of $200 if the mediation/arbitration is cancelled/rescheduled by any party between 13 to 7 days prior to the date of the mediation/arbitration.             8. There is no refund to any party if a mediation/arbitration is cancelled/rescheduled 6 (six) days or less prior to the mediation/arbitration.

Per Chapter 151 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, with agreement of all parties and approval by the elected trial judge, a special judge hears and disposes of all contested issues presented. The final judgment may be appealed as any other judgment of a district court. Cost is $1750 PER SIDE PER 8 hr DAY and due prior to services rendered. The cost of this service INCLUDES the time for the court reporter, but not the cost of a transcript.
