3.  Log-in to get access to your schedules.

The FREE INITIAL CALL Project Assessment Support includes:

An initial review of your project to discuss your goals, budget, and timelines so we can create a Quote - for your approval to start the Project.

A free Support Ticket will be opened in our system which will keep our communications organized and ongoing - until the project is closed.

Project Quotes may include the following specifics: Draft Work Scope, Timelines, Costs, and Steps in starting and completing your specific Project.

4. When does PROJECT SUPPORT WORK start? After the Client has approved the Quote.  After the Quote approval, the following will happen:

 The Client Schedules, online,  the Work Hours stated in the Quote. Or, we can do this for the Client, if requested.

A Project Support Agent(s) is automatically assigned to the Client - specific to the Client’s Project Support needs.

All questions and communication is provided to the Client within the Project Support Ticket - sent to Client's email address.

All NEW Projects (out of the Quoted Work Scope) must undergo a NEW Project Assessment, New Ticket, and New Quote.

Support Tickets get:

 OPEN for every NEW Project, 

IN WAITING when a Project is being worked on, 

CLOSED when a Project is completed.
