This individual session is a thorough deep dive into optimizing your health.  You will receive focussed individual attention and recommendations tailored to your individual needs that can be easily implemented at home.  The cost is $130/hr and you will be charged for the time used. Generally these sessions last for 2 hours.

If this is your first time with us, or you are new to Cold Water Immersion, this one time slot will allow some extra time for us to assist you and offer some guidance and moral support.
