Une quinzaine de minutes plus tard, je vous envoie un message pour vous informer de la fin de la scéance. Nous reprenons alors contact pour conclure, que vous exprimiez éventuellement vos impressions.4. Après la séance, pensez à vous hydrater un peu plus qu'à l'habitude !Note : Vous pouvez évidemment faire tout ce que vous souhaite pour vous mettre à l'aise avant et durant la séance !
