שיעורי יוגה ופילאטיס מועברים בידי מדריכות מוסמכות בעלות ניסיון רב. השיעורים מתקיימים על שפת אגם פארק ענבה למול קפה תרבות 443. הפעילות נעשית מתחת לציליות ובקרבה למתיזי מים ע"מ להנעים את החוויה. השיעורים מועברים בדרגות קושי משתנות ולכן מומלץ לבחון את הלו"ז לפני ביצוע ההזמנה.

Yoga and Pilates classes are offered by experiences and licensed instructors.  The classes take place lakeside at Part Anabe in front of the Cafe Tarbut 443. The area is shaded and new misters are being installed for added comfort.

Get trained by experienced, qualified coaches, with the opportunity to compete in forthcoming events at a local, provincial and national level.
