Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are often used to prop and assist during active and restful poses. This class can leave you feeling restored and relaxed.

All levels yoga designed to move through poses with your breath. Detail is given for proper alignment and with modifications for all levels.

Chair yoga is an alternative to traditional yoga, which may be too stressful in some situations. Joint pain, back pain, and rehabilitation, are helped by Yoga in a chair. Weight loss, prenatal care, senior issues, stress reduction, and stiffness from office work are also reasons to use this easy Yoga program. The results are similar to traditional yoga poses but are a more gentle fitness program.

Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  $55 per 0-60 min session $70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins. $125.00

This class offers more technique and more movement. This class is for people who already have experienced in type of dance. 

This class offers more difficult transformations in movements/ choreography. If you have an easy time remembering eight counts & got what it takes for a difficult challenge, this class is for you.
