Class charged at £5 per person which will be taken from your members card on the Friday after your class.Cancellations on the day of the class will be required to pay £5 cancellation fee. We offer one-on-one private wrestling sessions where we'll spend 60-75 minutes highly focused on the areas you want to learn and grow in. Each session will come with direct instruction, technique critique and correction (where needed),drills, plus strength and conditioning training.

If you're looking for traditional 1-on-1 personal training, this is the package for you!  Our personal training happens in-person at our facility in Houston, PA with 1-on-1 guidance and feedback. All packages include customized individual programming with 60-90 minute in-person sessions, complete with nutrition guidance.

 If you're looking to bring your company, team or just your friends together to do some training and conditioning, let's talk. We can design private group sessions, from 45-60 minutes  for up to 15 people.
