Is it going to be hard?? Yes, it's supposed to be. But nothing that you wont be able to do! Anyone and everyone will be able to jump on this class. As long as you're willing to work hard and be a team player then this class is suitable for you! ⁣⁣⁣ This is going to be the closest you get to Army style battle PT like you see on the TV programmes. You will be pushed to your limit and expected to work hard. If you're scared of a bit of water or getting dirty this isn't for you.⁣⁣⁣ You don't have to be an athlete or the fitness person, you just need to have some motivation and the ability to push yourself.⁣⁣⁣ The start point can be found using this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1RpRf .

This will be a military style fitness and fat loss class for all abilities. There will be team work and individual exercises that the military do.⁣ I will be bringing exercises and tasks to the class I learnt during my years in the Army. ⁣ This class is held at TransFIT Widnes and directions can be found using this link: https://goo.gl/maps/rZp4VVPaayr
