February 2022 ScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Thursday at 12pm ESTJoin with fellow participants to stay active from the convenience of your own home with real time feedback provided. Classes have a focus of around 70% strength & 30% conditioning. Each class will teach and involve a variety of movements to challenge your strength, mobility and conditioning. Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have. Programming will be uploaded and provided prior to class.  Due to current world circumstances and interruptions, there may be changes in the dates and time frames of which these classes are offered but only if it's the last resort and necessity. 

Come prepared to have your butt handed to you! Boxing Gloves are required for this class. Rentals are available. Not appropriate for minors. Must be age 17+ PLEASE REFER TO OUR SCHEDULE OF CLASSES "CLASS TIMES" BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CLASS.

30 Min Personal Training Session

1 on 1 30 minute private lesson with Grand Master Um or Instructor Guizen. Session includes review of curriculum and physical fitness. Lesson for 2 family members is $50

Standard Release session customized to your body's needs.

~ Learn to shoot with your choice of air rifle and/or air blow back handgun. A qualified instructor, that will teach you real gun holding techniques while shooting at various targets. 

~ If you have your own equipment, bring it in to use the range

To secure your spot, a $10 non-refundable deposit per person is required, and any changes to the booking should be made at least 12 hours prior to the event. The deposit is used toward the total price of the event. We will only reserve as many spots in the range as you have purchased. ~ Learn to Throw Knives with a skilled instructor. All equipment is provided. Closed toed shows required.
