Lean, Perky and Strong we will focus on exercise and movement to help improve “activation” in your Glutes med,min and max while building a strong centre for your abdominals! Often Femalea have little or no Glute activation with very poor lower abdominal strength, these are linked and play a part in a lot of injuries that come with training of all kinds. ~ Learn to shoot with your choice of air rifle and/or air blow back handgun. A qualified instructor, that will teach you real gun holding techniques while shooting at various targets. 

~ If you have your own equipment, bring it in to use the range
