Un plan postnatal c'est quoi?Un plan postnatal permet une trame de réflexions entre les deux futurs parents ou la maman uniquement, si elle est seule.En effet, certains aspects de la réorganisation familiale après la naissance de bébé ne nous semble pas toujours une évidence lorsque l'on se trouve encore dans la période de grossesse et que bébé n'est pas encore là.Bien souvent, le couple va réfléchir à un projet de naissance, car cette étape là ( la mise au monde de bébé)  est importante dans la réflexion du devenir parent.Hors, la naissance n'est pas le point final de l'aventure, mais son commencement.Durant l'attente du bébé à venir, bien souvent on s'attarde sur l'aspect matériel ( préparation de la chambre, achats des vêtements, le doudou, ...) et moins à la sphère émotionnelle et physique de la maman.En effet, on se dit bien souvent " on verra le moment venu", mais quelque fois celui-ci peut arriver plus tôt que prévu et nous laisse de ce fait à devoir gérer plusieurs choses à la fois dans un état de stress. De plus, on ne peut connaître à l'avance le dérouler de l'accouchement, et bien évidemment maman ne pourra pas s'employer à faire le ménage, la cuisine, les courses, etc... si celle-ci a eut un accouchement difficile ( une césarienne par exemple).Réfléchir en prénatal à divers aspects du quotidien ( où va dormir bébé? et durant la sieste? l'organisation des visites après le retour de la maternité, comment anticiper les premiers repas?...) vont vous permettre de ne pas avoir à vous poser ces questions juste après la naissance.Le principal pour la maman sera alors de se reposer et non d'exploser sa charge mentale.Préparer durant la grossesse son post-partum, va permettre de "soulager" ces premiers jours/semaines ( je vous invite à cet effet d'aller voir mes services de doula postnatale).
