Cener is of Turkish-Syrian descent who was born and raised in Berlin by parents who have emigrated to Germany in the early ‘70s. As a German citizen she has been living and working in London, UK since 2008. Her husband is of Irish-Scottish-Sudanese descent. Thus, interaction in her daily life and work means navigating the intersectionality of diversity. In addition to English, she speaks German, Turkish and Spanish.She has trained and coached individuals and teams in multinational organisations across a broad range of industries in Europe. Her industry experience covers the automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and finance and insurance field as well as business education, retail/wholesale, NGOs and charities.
