Spring OR Fall to include: Evaluation of the system's electrical components, check fan motors and compressor for proper function, check operating pressures to ensure a good refrigerant level is being maintained, basic cleaning of the outdoor coil, as needed, and insert algaecide tablets into the indoor drain pan to eliminate any growth of algae in the drain line. (Indoor coil cleaning,as needed, performed at an additional fee due the time involved in accessing the coil. Any parts, capacitors, contactor, etc... that may be out of specified operating ranges, or showing obvious signs of impending failure are also extra plus labor to change these parts). Change return air filter(s) at no extra cost, if patron has them available. Inspection of the supply and return air plenums as well to ensure there is no loss of efficiency due to air leaks at the indoor unit.
