Welcome to the rooftop booking portal for 338 Newark Avenue, located in the heart of Jersey City! We are delighted to offer residents the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful, shared rooftop space through this convenient booking calendar. To ensure fairness and accessibility, we have implemented rules for bookings and cleaning responsibilities. Additionally, a nonrefundable $50 booking fee is required for all reservations. If you have any questions, please contact the Board of Directors by placing a WO in the HPM portal. Reservation protocols: Rooftop reservations are allowed for a maximum of four (4) hours at a time. Your reservation is for that specific time window only, and early/late access for gathering your group or for storing personal items is not permitted. Private rooftop bookings must be made seven (7) days in advance.Each unit can request up to two (2) private bookings per month.To ensure the rooftop remains open for communal use, only two (2) private reservations will be accepted over the duration of one weekend (Friday - Sunday). Residents are not permitted to make their two (2) reservations consecutively on the same day.Each resident is responsible for cleanup after a private booking. No public holiday bookings are allowed, and additional select holidays will be closed for private use.The Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel bookings made in this portal if any of the above rules are violated.
